1. To receive your refund, you are required to provide a photo / scan of the birth certificate, clearly showing the full name and date of birth.
2. Claims for refund must be made before the earlier of the following dates:
   • 90 days after the child’s birth, or
   • 12 months from the date of your purchase.
3. 200% refunds will be issued at the discretion of the manufacturers. To qualify we must find that the name is in common use in the US, UK or Australia from the year 2000 onwards, otherwise 100% applies.
4. The name should not have been purposefully excluded from our collection. For example, we do not include highly religious names, or names that our international audiences may find offensive.
